We recently discovered that the wire crossing the drive had been cut when plowing the driveway. A quick call to DogWatch Omaha and Laura and Jack came out to assess and make the necessary repair, fitting us in to their very busy week, as our dog wanted to run!

I have had my indoor invisible fence for a year. They can out set it up, explained how it works, & it has worked perfectly and solved all my problems. I lost the collar somehow recently and Dogwatch bent over backwards to get me a new one in a timely manner. Great company!

Dog watch is a puppy owners best friend! I am an owner of a very active Mini Golden-doodle puppy and was “on the fence” (excuse the pun) in investing an electric fence or a privacy fence. Once I talked to Dogwatch and listened to the various plans they offered for installation and training, I did not think twice about it. Dogwatch was the way to go. Jack was very understanding, accommodating and helpful in making the right decision. Jack’s team was quick in installing the product and Jack took the time in training our puppy as well as giving great instructions to my children on how to maintain that training. We appreciated receiving two follow up phone calls checking up on the training and offering more assistance if needed! Our puppy learned quickly and is now able to run around freely with our supervision. Not only was the price right, but with an electrical fence we are still able to enjoy the openness of the landscaping around us. Dogwatch made being a dog owner 100 times more pleasurable! We have been extremely happy with Dog Watch. We moved into a new house and within days the owners had our fence up and running. Laura and Jack went above and beyond to make sure our 11 year old cockapoo Gus was comfortable with were his boundaries were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put a fence in.

Jack and his team were great! The product is amazing! We have a pit bull that began jumping our four foot fence, and we have a neighbor on hospice, that likes to sit in his back yard in the afternoon. Obvious concern! Jack came out and sized the situation up, gave us his best advice, and executed expertly and professionally. They created a perimeter (did their own low impact trenching, and used a seam in the driveway that they sealed with silicon) around the entire yard, front and back, and it works exceptionally! First day, very easy training (which they help with) and our dog Leo got it! Problem solved! We have a lot of foxes in the neighborhood and it drives Leo nuts! But the DogWatch perimeter holds him even as everything in his body and mind are telling him to hurdle the fence and chase. Same result in the unfenced front yard! This really gives us incredible peace of mind. We were looking at thousands of dollars of fence replacement to solve this problem, but Jack took care of it in under 3 hours! Really and truly a life saver!

DogWatch has really exceeded our expectations! We were originally were thinking about having an above ground yard fence installed for our 1-year old dog Piper, and we were shocked at the cost. A friend suggested that we should research having an underground fence installed for our dog.
Our research led us to DogWatch, and after reading all of the 5-star reviews we thought we would like to hear what they had to say.
After visiting with Jack Earl, we decided to scrap the idea of an above ground fence and give DogWatch a shot.
We ultimately ended up purchasing a SmartFence, and we are very impressed to say the least. The two young men they sent out to do our install and training (Jack and Adam) were very knowledgeable and professional. The install was done in a very timely manner, and they worked around our schedule to complete the install which didn’t take those two young men long to do.
The SmartFence also keeps us informed on our pup’s activity in our yard through our smartphones. We are so impressed with their outdoor boundaries, we also purchased a BigLeash remote trainer for walking our dog without a leash!
An extra added bonus for us, was the install didn’t interfere with our landscaping, and we get to keep our nice open yard.
We are also thinking about purchasing a second collar for when we dog sit our daughter’s dog in the future.
If you’re thinking about getting an underground fence, I would say give DogWatch call. You won’t be disappointed.
